These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through the ZEQVO online store.

1. Seller

ZEQVO is operated by Marc Barthélemy Louis PELLEGRINO, Sole proprietor, at 222 Avenue Émile Vincent, 83000 Toulon, France. Contact: contact@zeqvo.com.

2. Products

We aim to present accurate product descriptions, images, sizes and colours. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings or product manufacturing. Product availability may change before an order is confirmed.

3. Prices and currency

Product prices and the order total are displayed in the store currency and confirmed at checkout. Review the full amount before placing your order.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when confirmation is issued and payment is successfully authorised. We may contact you if information is incomplete or if a product becomes unavailable.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout. ZEQVO does not request complete payment card details by email or through the contact form.

6. Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery after dispatch normally takes 7–9 working days. The total estimated delivery time is 8–11 working days. We offer free tracked delivery on all orders. Estimates may be affected by busy periods, public holidays, weather, customs or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must meet the conditions stated in our policy. Contact contact@zeqvo.com before sending an item.

8. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs where relevant. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law, without removing any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the customer’s country of residence.
