SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free tracked delivery on all orders.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information when available.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Delivery after dispatch normally takes 7–9 working days. Total estimated delivery time is 8–11 working days, including order processing. These are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, public holidays, weather, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Check your delivery details before ordering. If you notice an error, email contact@zeqvo.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch begins.

TRACKING, DELAYS, LOSS, OR DAMAGE
If tracking has not updated for several working days or the parcel is late, contact us with your order number. If a parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly, keep the packaging, and provide clear photographs where relevant.
