ZEQVO product variants use UK sizes. Use the table below as general guidance only. Sizing can vary by brand, model and foot shape. Always check any fit information shown on the product page.

How to measure your feet
- Measure at the end of the day while wearing the type of socks you expect to use with the footwear.
- Place a sheet of paper against a wall and stand on it with your heel lightly touching the wall.
- Mark the end of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres.
- Measure both feet and use the longer measurement.
Choosing the best fit
- If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size unless the product page recommends otherwise.
- For boots or lined slippers, allow room for the socks you plan to wear.
- For trainers, your toes should move comfortably without your heel lifting excessively.
- Width and fit vary by model. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging. Contact our customer service team at contact@zeqvo.com before sending an item back. Once your return has been approved and received, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
